Arthur Charles Rowland, Sr.

Mr. Arthur Charles Rowland, Sr. transitioned at his residence in Elkins Park, PA on Monday August 19, 2019. He was 84 years of age. He was born in Coats, North Carolina ( Harnett County) on October 21, 1934. He retired as the Business Manager for Laborer's District Council. Arthur will be missed by his children, grandchildren and other relatives and friends. A service will be held on Tuesday August 27, 2019 at Prince of Peace Baptist Church, 3200 West Berks Street, Philadelphia PA 19121. The viewing will begin at 9:00 am with the service to follow at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Northwood Cemetery 15th and Haines Streets Philadelphia PA 19126.
