Barbara Jean Thompson

Our beloved Barbara Jean Thompson transitioned on Thursday January 9, 2020 in Abington, Pennsylvania. She was 74 years of age. Barbara was born on December 13, 1945 to the late James and Marjorie Smith. She was the CEO and Founder of Kidsville Learning Center in  the West Oaklane section of Philadelphia. She loved Kidsville, it was her pride and joy. She will truly be missed by her family, friends and students. A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday January 16, 2020 at Mount Airy COGIC, 6401 Ernest C. Morris Way, Philadelphia, PA 19126. The viewing will begin at 9:00 am with the service to follow at 11:00 am. The interment will follow at Ivy Hill Cemetery 1201 Easton Road, Philadelphia PA 19150.
