Debra Rochelle Williams transitioned on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, in Philadelphia, PA. at the age of 64. She will be missed by her loving family and friends.  A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024, at Ervina White Beauford Funeral Service, P.C. 2134 Stenton Avenue Philadelphia, PA. The public viewing will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with the service to begin at 11:00 AM.
