Mr. Edward Clarence Rivers passed on Tuesday October 30, 2018 at his residence in Philadelphia, PA. He was 93 years of age. During his life time he worked in the construction industry. A home going service will be held on Thursday November 8, 2018 at Deliverance Evangelistic Church 2001 W. Lehigh Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19132. The viewing will begin at 9:00 am with the service to follow at 11:00 am. Burial with military honors will be held 10:30 am on Friday November 9, 2018 at Washington Crossing VA National Cemetery 830 Highland Rd , Newtown, PA 18940. Please keep the family in your prayers.
