Gregory L. Hammond

Gregory L. Hammond passed away on Saturday January 26, 2019 at Phoenixville Hospital in Phoenixville, PA. He was 56 years old.  Gregory was born in Philadelphia PA on March 25, 1962 to Roy and Isabella Hammond. He was a family man who loved his wife Cecle , children, parents, siblings,  family and church family. He will truly be missed. A service will be held on Saturday February 2, 2019 at Heart of God Family Worship Center, 201 North Hanover Street Pottstown PA 19464. The viewing will begin at 9:00 am with the service to follow at 10:00 am. Burial will be at Northwood Cemetery 15th & Haines Street Philadelphia PA 19126. Please keep the family in your prayers.
