Josette Elmine

Mrs. Josette Elmine transitioned on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, in Haiti at the age of 68. She will be missed by her loving family and friends.  A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2023. The public viewing will be held from 8:30 am to 9:30 am with a service to start at 9:30 am at First Haitian Church of God of Prophecy 2061 E. Chelten Avenue Philadelphia, PA. The interment will be private. Please remember the family in your prayers.
