Ms. Ketia Thelemaque-Telefort transitioned on Tuesday September 15, 2020 in Houston, Texas. She was 45 years of age. Ketia was born on April 5, 1975. She will be missed by her loving family. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020. Beginning at 9:00 am  - 11:00 am at First Haitian Church of God of Prophecy 2061-63 E. Chelten Avenue  Philadelphia, PA 19138.  The interment will be held at Northwood Cemetery 15th & Haines Street, Philadelphia, Pa.   Please remember the family in your prayers.
