Lois Lipscomb Carter

Ms. Lois Lipscomb Carter passed away at her residence on Friday July 21, 2017. She was 89.  She was born on August 4, 1927 in Belton, South Carolina. During her life time she worked as a domestic. She will be missed by her children and other family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am  on Friday August 4, 2017 at Ivy Hill Cemetery Chapel, 1201 Easton Road, Philadelphia, PA 19150. Please keep the family in your prayers.
