Lolita Thomas-Jacobs

Ms. Lolita Thomas-Jacobs transitioned on Monday, March 1, 2021 in Philadelphia, PA at the age of 67. She will be missed by her loving family and friends.  A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021. The public viewing will be held from 8:30 am to 10:00 am with a service to start at 10:00 am at Prolific Praise Worship Center 6706 North Broad Street Philadelphia, Pa.   Mask are required for entry. The interment will held at Chelten Hills Cemetery 1701 E. Washington Lane Philadelphia, PA. Please keep them in your prayers.
