Michael Jacobs, Jr.

Mr. Michael Jacobs, Jr. transitioned on Saturday, August 21, 2021 in Philadelphia, PA at the age of 34. He will be missed by his loving family and friends.  A service of remembrance will be held on Wednesday, September 1 , 2021. The public viewing will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am with a service to start at 11:00 am at Kingdom Life Church Ministries 800 West Tabor Road Philadelphia, Pa. The interment will be private.  Please keep them in your prayers.
