Mr. Michael Jerome Smalls, Sr.  transitioned on Monday, October 14, 2019  in Philadelphia, Pa. He was 52 years of age. During his life time he worked in the Medical Assistance industry. He will be missed by his family and other relatives and friends. A service to honor his life will be held on Friday, October 25, 2019  at Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church 230 West Coulter Street  Philadelphia, Pa 19140.  The viewing will begin at 8:00 am with the service to follow at 10:00 am. The interment will be at Northwood Cemetery 15th & Haines Street Philadelphia, Pa 19126. Please remember the family in your prayers.
