Mother Winifred Morris

It is with profound sadness, yet with hearts full of gratitude for a life well-lived, that the Mt. Airy Church of God in Christ, Bishop Ernest C. Morris, Sr., the Morris and Witherspoon families, announce the transition of our beloved Mother Winifred Morris. She was an anointed Woman of God, whose wisdom and unwavering faith left an indelible mark on all who were privileged to know her. Mother Morris faithfully served the Kingdom of God and His people with excellence and humility, embodying the virtues of a Proverbs 31 woman.

Mother Morris' ministry touched countless lives, spreading blessings through her powerful words of wisdom, dynamic speaking, and boundless love. She was truly a powerhouse of faith, demonstrating what it means to walk closely with the Lord. Her legacy of service, compassion, and dedication will forever inspire us.

Even as we grieve this tremendous loss, we proclaim that God is still faithful, and we trust in His perfect plan. Let us join together to celebrate the life and impact of this extraordinary Woman of God, as her memory continues to be a beacon of hope and love in our lives.
