Mr. Ronald Moses Foy transitioned on Monday, May 6, 2024, in Philadelphia PA. at the age of 71.  He will be missed by his loving family and friends. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May14, 2024 at Mount Airy Church of God in Christ, 6401 Ogontz Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19126.
