Samuel Berlando Belizaire departed this life on Sunday, May 19, 2019. He was 6 years old. Samuel was happy and full of life; he is survived by his loving family. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Ervina White Beauford Funeral Service, P.C., 2134 Stenton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19138. A viewing will be held at 9:30 AM with service to follow at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at Merion Memorial Park, 59 Rock Hill Road, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19138. Please remember the family in your prayers.
