Shirley Mae Small Rodriguez transitioned on Thursday April 25, 2019 at her residence in Philadelphia, PA. She was 69 years of age. Shirley was born on July 21, 1949 in Bishopville, South Carolina to George Small Sr and Minnie Mae Philips Small. During her life time she was a homemaker. A funeral will be held on Saturday May 4, 2019 at  New Southern Tabernacle Baptist Church, 2047 West Jefferson Street Philadelphia PA 19121. The viewing will begin at 9:00 am with the service to follow at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Merion Cemetery in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Please remember the family in your prayers.
