Thelma Applegate

Ms. Thelma Applegate passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 in the Germantown section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was 90 years old. A retired educator in the Philadelphia School District, Thelma enjoyed teaching and gardening. She will be missed by her children and other relatives and friends. The following is the service schedule with all services to be held at Oak Lane Presbyterian Church, 6637 North 11th Street, Philadelphia, Pa. 19126;  a viewing will be held on Sunday, September 25, 2016, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, also a viewing will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016 from 9:00am to 10:00 am with funeral services to begin at 10:00 am. The interment will be held at Northwood Cemetery, 15th & Haines Street, Philadelphia, PA. 19126. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations can be made in memory of Thelma Applegate  to the Oak Lane Presbyterian Church, 6637 North 11th Street, Philadelphia, PA. 19126.
