Vivian Blackman Payne

Vivian Blackman Payne passed away on Monday April 10, 2017 in Philadelphia, PA. She was 82 years old. Vivian worked in the garment industry as a seamstress during her life time. Personal appearance was very important to her. She would tell her family, "people will judge you by the way you look!". Vivian was always well dressed and well groomed. She will be missed by her family and friends. A funeral will be held on Monday April 17, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Acts of Random Kindness Christian Center, 100 West Chelten Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144. Burial will be at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler PA 19002. Please keep the family in your prayers.
