Winnie Harris

Winnie Harris passed away on February 3, 2017. She was 65 years old. She was the Executive Director of UC Green. She could grow anything, herbs, fruits, veggies, flowers...anything!   She loved trees. She led community tree planting with students from area high schools. She will aways be remembered by the City of Philadelphia for improving the canopy of our city, planting one tree at a time...one community at a time.
